is it okay to hate the rain? seems that the general consensus is that rain is a good thing. the rain has 1,828,424 fans on facebook. i mean, isn't rain just another obstacle/inconvenience we have to deal with? you have to remember one extra thing to take with you everywhere (umbrella), more accidents on the road, more time spent drying your hair, your shoes get messed up, you're cold, people get sick, etc. i don't mind the rain if i'm not going outside all day, otherwise it's just a hassle. i am so glad i only deal with this a few days out of the year. if i lived in seattle, i would never leave my house. it's unfortunate that there is such a negative stigma associated with hating the rain. when you tell people that you don't care for it they look at you like you're one of those people who hates nature, animals, and babies--basically your average run of the mill serial killer.
