it is my opinion that opinions can be wrong. i think people just like to start sentences with "in my opinion..." because they don't want you to be able to tell them that they are wrong and if you do, they can come back at you with "well...it's an opinion and opinions are not right or wrong." what a cop out.


i met up with mandi to talk about her breakup situation and it got me thinking a bit. she went from a friendship, to a relationship, to neither and they decided to start dating because they had been friends for so long. i told her i was in a similar spot at one point and she reminded me that it's not a good idea to date someone because "they are there." just because you're really close to someone doesn't mean you should date although it's kind of the risk you take when being close friends with a guy. i still have to agree with harry in saying that men and women can't be friends. there are always feelings involved and if there are no feelings involved, one friend will start spending less time with the other friend as soon as they get into a relationship. i also realized that the more often i rehash the story of my "situation" with jc, the more it becomes just that--a story.
