I'm constantly thinking these thoughts and they sound so profound in my head but when they hit the page, they lose all their intensity and meaning. Sometimes things are better left floating around in the mind. We as humans, find comfort in labeling things--making them concrete...making plans which lead to actions stemming from thoughts. Why don't we let thoughts just be what they are? Why complicate our thoughts? When someone sits down and reads your thoughts on a piece of paper, it's quite invasive. Your thoughts enter someone else's mind. They are then able to get into your mind and critique your thoughts---to invade your soul. Writing often distorts our thoughts. Sometimes the things we think or feel are better left unread. Then you won't have to go back and read your thoughts, cringing after each word.
